If you have installed any antivirus software on your computer, the device driver installation will fail because the antivirus software will close the driver installation process without any prompts. It is recommended you disable the antivirus software when installing and using V-Can. 2. There may be a very small probability of failure when V-Can updates firmware package for hardware. If failed, please re-update it. 3. The installation of V-Can may fail sometimes. If failed, please re-install it. 4. The problems of responding slowly, small interface display error and interface icon disappearing may occur sometimes. If any of the problems occurs, please close and restart V-Can. 5. Loading OSD files on J6/N6 V1.0 version will result in slow processing, which will affect the communication between the software and hardware. If you do need to use the OSD or BKG function, please update J6/N6 V1.0 to V2.0. 6. When using J6 V2.0 version, it is recommended you use Ethernet cable for device connection because USB communication may be unstable. 7. Due to hardware program differences, there may be abnormalities when some hardware programs of older versions work with V-Can 3.4.0.
