The latest Dallas training was held this June 18-19, and it was a win for all parties involved. At the conclusion of the event, attendees filled out a feedback questionnaire, and the attendees rated the training session 9 out of 10 points.
Attendees felt that calibration and Smart LCT training were the most useful parts of the seminar, saying that the training provided a lot of new skills that would be very useful in their daily job performance. Some also let us know that mapping, NovaStudio, and troubleshooting were areas they’d like to see a focus on in the future, so that is something we will work on implementing into the next training session.
Hands-on product demos, as always, were the most popular part of the training session. Most people feel that this is the best way to learn how to use our products, and we will continue to provide these hands-on demos in future training sessions.
